Sony VAIO AR with BlueRay

Sony has recently announced a new notebook in its existing series called Sony VAIO AR. According to sony this is the first notebook in the world which comes with inbuilt BluRay drive. So the latest optical drive technology is now reaching to your lap as well. Ofcourse the price tag will be around 3500 USD which is much beyond the reach of common people. I would like to have one with BluRay but i will wait till it becomes cheap.
Other features includes 17-inch WUXGA (1920×1200) widescreen display, full 1080p HD resolution, XBrite Hi-Color LCD technology, 256MB nVidia GeForce Go 7600 graphics engine.
HP unveiled Compaq 8710p Laptop

HP has come up with and exciting notebook model in its compaq series called Compaq 8710p Laptop. HP displayed this high performance powerpacked notebook in HP Mobility Summit 2007 in China and gained lots of attention due to its features. This Compaq 8710p Notebook is aimed at high end business users and will feature Intel Santa Rosa.
NEC Lavie C Series Notebooks

NEC has recently announced arrival of their latest notebook called NEC Lavie C Series notebooks. According tomany of the website it seems to be Notebook which will compete with many of the well known models from different manufacturers. The key feature of this notebook includes Intel Core 2 Duo T7200 processor, 160 GB HDD, 15.4 inches wide display with 1280 x 1024 pixels.
Other latest features that it will have are Blu-Ray drive and HDMI ports. Thus you can enjoy best of the picture clarity by connecting your LCD or Plasma. And all these is included in stylish compact box that measures 374×292×45.2 - 55.5mm and weighs 4.3 kgs only.
NEC Lavie series will be available in February and will have price tag around 2500 USD.
