i-Mate Ultimate 5150 Smartphone

i-Mate had recently revealed their JAQ4 Smartphone and here is yet another smartphone from them called i-mate ultimate 5150 smartphone. As such features wise it is as good as JAQ4 except it does not have QWERTY key board.
The key features includes ntel Bulverde (520MHz) processor, Windows Mobile 6 operating system, 2.8-inch VGA touchscreen display, 2.0 megapixel camera.

i-Mate is all set for their latest JAQ4 Smartphone launch and will be available shortly in market. The best feature is inclusion of latest microsoft windows mobile 6 OS. Other key features includes GSM 850/900/1800/1900 MHz support, EDGE, 2.8” LCD TMR display screen, the 36 key QWERTY keypad, the scroll wheel and five way navigation buttons.
Along with these it also has features like 2 megapixel camera with Auto Focus, and connectivity options like Wi-Fi 802.11, Bluetooth, USB and IrDA. Core of the gadget is its T1 OMAP 850, 200 MHz processor and 64 MB RAM.

Recently i-Mate’s latest product JAQ3 was talk of the town for a last few days and the main key features to talk about are the smartphone functionality of product and WM5-power.
