Thinkware has come up with its latest edition to GPS series called Thinkware iNAVI G1 GPS satnav and most interesting feature of the Satnav is its Geomagnetic Sensor technology that lets you enjoy GPS functionality even if there is no signal or very weak signal. Interesting. Isn’t it? Yes It is true and this Satnav is heavily equiped with G sensors to do it accurately.
Navigon 7100 GPS Navigation System

Navigon has come up with two new models in its existing GPS series called Navigon 7100 and 5100 and the key feature of both these models is that they will be bundled with free real time traffic data in US. From the image both the models look more or less similar to each other and also features wise they are similar except 7100 has added functionality of bluetooth connectivity.

LG unveils SD776 In-Car GPS

LG has recently exhibited its new and upcoming In-Car GPS Navigation system in SEK 2007 and named is LG SD776 In-Car GPS. Key features includes SiRF Star III chipset, MP3 Player, Video player, DMB reciever, and has preloaded korean maps from iNavi.

Navman Have recently increased their GPS product range with three new Navigators called F30, F40 and F50. According to Navman the key feature of Navman F50 In Car GPS includes SiRF Star III chipset, 3.5-inch touchscreen display, TMC receiver, blurtooth support for wireless connectivity, SD card slot for extension of memory and inbuilt flash for all your storage need.
It is also powered with Intel PXA processor and battery that gives you 3.5 hours of functionality. And all this isvery well packed in a box that measures 116 x 79.5 x 24mm and weighs 200 grams.

But now Blackberry has added a GPS functionality in its latest Blackberry 8800 Handset. Yes it is true. Testerday nly Blackberry had confirmed that their new 8800 is powered with very famous GPS program Telenav.
For those who doesnt know Telenav, it comes with the features like urn-by-turn directions (including street names), 3D maps, and local search via the Biz Finder tool, park-and-ride using local roads, turn and traffic alerts in female voice, address book, contact list, maps.

We all know basic fetures of recent gps navigation system. So what is new inside? As such nothing new but has powerpacked features of GPS system like integrated SiRF Star III receiver, built-in RDS/TMC receiver for real-time traffic information, a 3.5-inch touchscreen display with 65K colors and 320×240 resolution, SD/MMC card slot (up to 2GB supported), and Windows CE.
