Discover the University of Exeter
We've put together a suite of virtual and in-person activities to help you find out more about studying with us and the subjects we offer across our campuses in Devon and Cornwall. These events are primarily aimed at students planning on starting university in Autumn 2022.
We have created these activities and events to help you learn more about us and decide whether we're the right choice for you. You can tour our campuses, attend virtual subject presentations and meet lecturers, discover facilities, find out about our support services and talk to current students. You can select activities below to create your own University of Exeter experience.

Mid-September – December 2021

Saturdays in October 2021
All visit days at our campuses in Exeter in Devon are now closed.
There are only a few places remaining at our campus in Penryn in Cornwall.
You can see all of our programmes and find out which location they are taught at on our course webpages.
We have an extensive range of support services available to ensure you can make the most of your time with us, whichever campus you choose to study at. Our online Discover University platform provides information, advice and guidance for prospective students, parents/guardians, teachers and advisers about studying at university.

25 – 29 October 2021
The University of Exeter Summit 2021 - building better together, is a week-long virtual conference that has been especially designed to give prospective students the opportunity to discuss and explore key themes around real-world problems. Linked to the agenda of the COP26 Climate Conference in November 2021, this conference will bring together students from all subjects areas to work in interdisciplinary groups and hear from our world-leading academic on their research.

Further undergraduate events
We also have plenty of opportunities for students starting to think about higher education, whether it is the right choice for them and more specifically about studying at the University of Exeter.
We have recently launched that allow you to take a look around the campuses, their grounds and facilities including accommodation, sports centre, library, seminar rooms and lecture theatres.
We are continuing to run student guided Campus tours on all our campuses. Information about the different programmes we offer and where they are taught can be found here.

We look forward to inviting our offer holders to visit our campuses during the early part of Spring 2022. We will run visit days enabling offer holders to explore our campuses and facilities, meet academics and current students to learn more about your subject of interest and view accommodation to help you decide if the University of Exeter is the right place for you.
Information about these visits, including how to book a place, will be sent to offer holders early in 2022.
In addition to an Open Day, why not take part in our Discover University series? Activity includes regular subject specific sessions delivered by our academic community, as well as information and guidance on choosing a university course, writing a personal statement, navigating the UCAS process and more! Each session includes a live Q&A with University of Exeter staff or students, which provides a great opportunity to gain insight into life and study at a University of Exeter campus.
